Returns, Exchanges and Damaged Products

First, we want you to know that your satisfaction is what matters most to us. If you order something from us, and you don't absolutely love it out of the box, don't worry about it- you can return any item to us within 30 days of delivery. For instructions on how to do this, continue reading below.

If you've received an item that seems defective or is damaged, please let us know so we can replace it for you. Once we have a photo of the damages and verify that it is defective, we'll immediately send a replacement. And don't worry- shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement.

The fastest way to get a replacement for a damaged item is to reply to your order confirmation email or to send an email to with the details of the damage and a picture, if applicable.

For all other returns, our policy will cover you up to 30 days after delivery.If you've decided you don't like what you ordered after having it in your home a couple of weeks, no problem. Just place it back in the mail within 30 days of delivery date. As long as it's postmarked within 30 days after it was delivered to your shipping address, we'll be able to take it back for a full refund back to your original payment method.

Please email Shauna at for the shipping address to send your returned item(s). Sadly, we currently can't cover return shipping for normal, undamaged returns, but we're working on making that possible in the future.

Include the original packing slip (if possible) or a note indicating the order number, items you're returning, and reason for return. Once we receive the product(s) in acceptable condition, we will process a refund you. After the process is complete, you will be sent a refund confirmation e-mail and you can expect a refund to appear on your next credit card statement.

Exchanges can only be made for select items. If you ordered a product with multiple colors you can send it in for an exchange. As long as the item you want to exchange is the same price, an exchange can be made.

For items that have different prices, simply send your product back as a return and order the desired product online. Because inventory changes quickly, and items can take several business days to process through our returns, we can't guarantee availability of desired exchange products. We recommend that you contact us and inquire about the availability of the product you want to receive in exchange.

Once we receive the item in acceptable condition, we will process an exchange for you and refund the price difference. All refunds will go back to your original method of payment, and require a couple of business days before they reach your account.
